At ForFigure.com, we ship worldwide — and we cover the cost. Every order is packed with care to ensure your figures arrive safely. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.


📦 Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders to most countries and regions worldwide. No minimum order value, no hidden fees.

If your country or region is not covered, you will be notified at checkout.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • During high-demand periods (new releases, promotional events), processing may take up to 5 business days. We'll notify you if there are any delays.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch and vary by destination:

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can:

  • Use the Track Your Order page on our website
  • Enter your tracking number directly on the carrier's website
  • Contact us at support@forfigure.com if you need help locating your shipment

If tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, please contact us and we'll investigate on your behalf.


🛃 Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

ForFigure.com covers all standard international shipping costs. However, any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or handling fees levied by your country's customs authority are:

  • Not included in your order total
  • The sole responsibility of the buyer
  • Non-refundable as part of any return or dispute

These charges vary widely by country and are entirely outside our control. We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to ordering if you have concerns.

Please note: Customs delays are not within our control and do not qualify as grounds for a refund.


📦 Packaging

All orders are carefully packaged to protect your figures during transit. For collectible and model toy products, we use:

  • Reinforced outer boxes
  • Bubble wrap or foam padding for fragile parts
  • Sealed inner packaging to prevent shifting

If your item arrives with significant packaging damage, please photograph both the outer shipping box and the product before opening, as this may be required for any damage claims.


📭 Undeliverable & Returned Packages

A package may be returned to us if:

  • The delivery address provided was incorrect or incomplete
  • The package was refused at customs due to non-payment of import duties
  • Multiple delivery attempts failed and the package was unclaimed

In such cases:

  • The buyer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs
  • If a refund is preferred instead of re-shipment, the original shipping cost (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to modify addresses after an order has been dispatched.


🔍 Important Notes for Model Toy & Collectible Shipments

  • Pre-order items: Ship separately once released. Estimated shipping dates are listed on the product page and may be subject to change based on manufacturer schedules.
  • Mixed orders: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship separately. We will notify you by email.
  • Fragile accessories: Small accessories (weapons, stands, effect parts) are packed individually within the main box. Please check all packaging compartments carefully upon opening.
