Q: How do I place an order?
Browse our store, add your favorite figures to the cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
Q: Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Our fulfillment moves quickly, so changes aren't always possible. Contact us at support@forfigure.com as soon as possible. Once dispatched, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
Q: Is it safe to shop on ForFigure.com?
Absolutely. Our site uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment data. We never store your full payment details.
📦 Shipping & Tracking
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free worldwide shipping on every order, no minimum spend.
Q: How long will delivery take?

Q: Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can also track via our Track Your Order page. If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact us.
Q: Do I have to pay customs or import tax?
ForFigure covers all standard shipping. However, any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by your country are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
🏷️ Products & Authenticity
Q: Are all your products authentic?
100% authentic. We are an officially authorized JOYTOY retailer. Every product is sourced directly from official brand channels — zero counterfeits, zero grey-market goods.
Q: Do the figures require assembly?
Most JOYTOY figures arrive fully assembled and display-ready. Some accessories or weapons may need manual attachment — packaging includes instructions.
Q: Will the figure look exactly like the product photos?
We take care to represent every product accurately. Slight color variations can occur due to monitor calibration, photography lighting, or minor batch differences. These are not considered defects.
Q: Do you offer pre-orders?
Yes — new releases are available for pre-order and are clearly labeled in-store. Payment is collected at checkout, and estimated shipping dates are shown on the product page. Release dates may shift based on manufacturer schedules.
Q: When will you carry more brands and IPs?
We're actively expanding beyond JOYTOY into anime, sci-fi, military, and fantasy action figures. Subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know about new arrivals.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Q: My figure arrived damaged — what now?
We'll take care of it. Contact support@forfigure.com within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Q: Can I return a figure if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. We process returns for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items only. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
Q: How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Q: I haven't received my order confirmation email.
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, contact support@forfigure.com and we'll resend it.
Q: Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
Yes — reach out to support@forfigure.com with your inquiry and we'll respond promptly.
