✅ Eligible Reasons for Return or Refund

We accept return and refund requests under the following conditions:

❌ Non-Eligible Reasons

We are unable to accept returns or refunds in the following situations:

  • Change of mind or personal preference after purchase
  • Damage caused by customer mishandling, improper display, or storage after delivery
  • Opened, assembled, repainted, or modified items
  • Minor cosmetic variations (slight color differences due to screen calibration, studio lighting, or between production batches)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
  • Damage caused by customs inspection or improper packaging removal by the recipient

⏰ Return Window

All return and refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.

Requests submitted after this window may not be accepted. We recommend inspecting your order promptly upon arrival.


📋 How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email support@forfigure.com with the subject: "Return/Refund Request – [Your Order Number]"
  2. Provide the following:
    • Full name and order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Clear photos or video of the item and packaging (required for all damage/defect claims)
  3. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide next steps

⚠️ Do not ship items back before receiving written confirmation from us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


💰 Refund Process

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated
  • Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

🔄 Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item and prefer a replacement over a refund, we're happy to arrange an exchange for the same item (subject to stock availability).

If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued instead.

🔍 Important Notes for Collectible & Model Toy Products

  • Factory QC variances: Minor variations in paint application, joint tightness, or accessory fit are considered normal within industry standards and are not classified as defects unless they significantly impair the product's function or appearance.
  • Pre-order items: The same return policy applies. If a pre-order item is defective upon arrival, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Packaging condition: For collectibles, significant packaging damage (crushed, torn, or opened box) may affect resale value but is not automatically grounds for a refund unless the product itself is damaged.
